Looking at the current game content the reward is to say the least pathetic. However, I think that nature resistance will be well needed in future instances. So I guess it is epic due to a reason.

The questitem drops of all dragons afaik (only killed 2, among the first in Europe to mention :P) much likes Onyxia drops her head all the time.

That item will give you a quest... you have to go to talk with teh Keeper Romorus.. in moonglade...
