No. Druids dont ever get the primal blessing. You have to have both claws to make it work and druids an only use the main hand 1h weapons.

individually, the weapons are fairly *meh* (mainly this one... off hands with a CoH and no stats are usually considered a no-no) but the sheer awesomeness of the set proc pretty much makes up for it

No druids cant duel wield but if u look closer u see its Offhand and Fist Weapon wich druids can weild... But does it proc in cat?

Final point: If a druid does choose to take this, they CAN arm it, but they can only arm it in the off hand. Leaving their main hand open. Which means that they can't fill their main hand bc they can't duel wield. Eitehr way you look at it, Druids shouldn't take this.

You're a noob. It's only equipable in the off hand, but it is not considered an "off hand item". It is still classified as a Fist Weapon. There are also daggers, swords, and maces that are "off hand" but they are still considered the weapon that they are, not an "off hand item". Druids CAN NOT equip this item. Even if they could "chance on hit" stats on weapons or items DO NOT proc while shape shifted, except in Moonkin form. That is the exact reason that no Druid should ever take a weapon with "chance on hit". Not because someone else should be allowed to roll for it over the druid but because the druid should recognize that he can't freakin' use the weapon for crap, and should get something else that has useful stats. Only regular stats and "on equip" adds like +crit % and +hit % work while you are shape shifted.

So to directly answer your question, NO, in cat form this will not proc. Have a nice day. Noob.

i lost this fistweapon in a roll against a hunter and then the hunter got a 2h weapon and never use the fist weapon, i was annoyed
