ZCM:

Add in the +22 healing set bonus (divide by two since its a two-piece bonus) and the difference between the two is +7 Healing, +2 Spirit, -10 FR, -1 Stam, -1 Int. Sounds to me like ZCM is better or equal as an individual item. If you combine with the belt, its up there with the best stuff in the game.
Basically get the Confessor Belt and Mantle and the Virtuous Boots. Save the rest of your dkp for the other Transcendence pieces, which are actually better upgrades. (Although you can argue that the Gloves aren't that much better than Prophecy)
