Just got it and after we rolled (I was the only one) and I picked it up a shammy said he forgot to roll. So I asked if he was healing specced and he said "no, but I heal some times" ... Im full healing specced druid so up yours shammy! :)

This is pretty much the second best neck for a priest in the entire game (probably other healer classes aswell but can't promise). the only thing I'll replace mine with is Pendant of the fallen dragon which drops from Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in BWL which is a big step up from ramstein ;p

Mages/Warlocks would make no use of the +33 healing bonus. It's +33 to HEALING spells and effects. Not +33 to damage and healing. Get it straight and learn to read text!

Is the droprate right, or was it added in one of the last patches, and the droptable on this site wasn't reseted? Still not seen in 30+ Stratholme-Runs.

I (Druid) outrolled a mage tried to get the necklace & I was the only healer that needs that one, I told him "It's healer item" he said "I still want it for the stamina bonus", I was so upset because my number was 34, he rolled & got 12, LOL.

Uuuuuh, for Mages this is so much better than the solo farmable necklace from Scarlet Monastery (7/7/7), oder the one from Princess in Maraudon (10/10/6, maybe doable on your own, or bring a friend for easy going). Some Mages still need better INT-Buffs.

You're joking, right? You're comparing items from a level 35 instance and a level 50 instance to a level 60 instance? I know nobody does Scarlet Strat anymore, but:

Heh, not to mention, as far as mages go, the Triune Amulet from SM would be better. Same amount of Stamina, but this has one less spirit and no Int. Combine that with the fact that +healing does nothing for a mage and you end up taking a loss of 7 Intellect and 1 spirit wearing this item.
Don't even feel the need to compare it to the Gemshard Heart from Mara.
