IMO, (since that's what everyone is starting with) I think if u already got an around +30 healing helm and decent blue gear, then just go farm MC for epixx!

imo Best Non-Epic Druid Helm from a 5 man instance.

Some might argue Helm of the New Moon (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=22407) to be better with it's 23 to spells and effects, but to that I say: "10 heal, 1% Spell Crit"

And yes, I know of Shaman and Paladins using this helm too. Rightfully so, as the Stats are ridiculously awesome for it's tangibility. Pally Tank FTQ... screw the Plate if you can get Leather/Cloth better, especially if you're a Healadin. This would be a great trade off.

My god... I should use sites like this more. I didn't know this item even existed! The only time I've been to Dire Maul in that area (yes, was there the first time yesterday) we did not kill this guy. If we kill him - what difference does it make? We wont get the buffs from the guards?

-13 Int., -14 Sta., and +21 Healing... compared to Cenarion - but it's so much easier to farm than MC ;)

Too bad I already have Cenarion now. I was busy farming for Hide of the Wild around the level were people usually go to DM I guess :)

That's it! On the next Dire Maul trip - Cho'Rush must die.

Been farming Cho'rush for this headgear. Hes really easy, but its pretty hard finding a non-tribute group, or a group willing to kill Cho'rush.
