This set is a piece of sh*t for rogues. The mainhand is 1.5 speed and the whole set gives you 8 AP.. You could consider using this offhand for a while, but it'll be replaced soon with something better anyway.

rogue only, druids dont get the set bonus/any of the procs off weapons, the armour can be quite nice tho
