i actually had this drop for me in ungoro crater off of a stone guardian, was only me and druid friend there and i won the roll, though im selling it if money did not matter i would so use it for myself :P

played STRAT with 5 people and rolled 3 or 4 blue boss drops noone needed. I said "folks, I have the feeling that I'll return to rolling like crap when good stuff drops" .. 2 minutes later this necklace dropped off a bile spewer and the lucky arse of priest won the roll with 75 to 33. My hands are still shaking. This is my second drop od an epic caster necklace, I lost the first one by 1 point to a paladin (Jewelled Amulet of Cairwyn in strat scarlet)... I know I won't be lucky enough to see one of those again

Dropped last night on Argent Dawn Europe. We've just entered the Slaughter Square in Stratholme (the square just before the Baron), and an Abomnation drops it.

We were quite many rollers, and I lost with an 84 to my Guild Mate's 85 (Paladin). Thankfully he was kindhearted and gave it to me right away in Trade.

Bind on Equip item means random drop so nothing specific will be carrying it. Level 59 requirement means that the mobs with the best chance to drop this are high level instance bosses(Drak, Rend, Baron, Balnazzar, etc) and level 61-63 mobs found in Upper Blackrock Spire, Molten Core, Tainted Scar, and other places in the world with mobs that difficult.

Damn nice necklace by the way. I'd take it over the Choker of Enlightenment any day.

BoE lv59 suggests that it'll drop off guys higher than lv 60 only. if you have really good luck with bosses in instances like upper brs, then maybe drakk baron or the beast will drop one for you ;)
