This is actually really good off-hand for MC and BWL for a feral druid like myself. There aren't good feral off-hands so it gives really nice resistances without loosing stats.

The FR shiled for people who cant use shields :-)
Would love this for my druid, together with the hydraxian warlords ring the only FR item outside MC I still need :s However, during multiple Strat runs (about 30 by now, Nearly half-way to excalted with Argent Dawn, I'm revered now) It never dropped... >_< damn

In short, yes.

In Molten Core everything is about fire resist and on special bosses (Lucifron for example), shadow resist is godly.

So, this item is worth to get and keep it, believe me.

see, if this was a shield and had... a massive amount of armour. ppl would be like "ohhhh cooool"

but thing is, resistance is ur armour vs a caster. why don't ppl see that?
