For a Rogue that can sneak in and reset the instance these might be worth the trouble. I know the Albino Crocscales boots from Rotgrip are better but anyway;
Enter the instance and sneak your way to the first T intersection. The first xrods where you can go left towards Gazhrilla or right towards the lootable graves etc is where he spawns. At this spot there is a fountain or a well of some sort with some trolls performing rituals or whatever kneeling around the fountain. There are two mobs circling this fountain. One of them should be Zerillis. If not just sneak out and reset. I tried this one afternoon while waiting for my instance group to show up and in 15 attempts Zerillis spawned 4 times. Havent dropped boots for me yet but i think ill try some more.
To take him down i used Imp Sapp on his comrade and just started beating. At lvl 52 i had no problems taking him down. Cripple poison is a good idea for he will try to run when hes near death and adds might happen. Also watch out for some of the other patrols that path in the area so you dont get adds from them either. I did this at lvl 52.
ps; I think im not supposed to get my hands on the Albino boots. Have killed Rotgrip 7 times, boots dropped twice and each time ive lost the roll. Knowing that i can solo this guy and that i WILL get the boots when they drop is reassuring hehe. Good luck =)
OBVIOUSLY they're not as good as the Albino Crocscale Boots. The Crocscales are a L48 item where as the Sandstalker Ankleguards are only L42. The Crocscales aren't much use to a 42, however the Sandstalker Ankleguards would be quite nice to a L 42 rogue with the Crocscales being a nice planned upgrade. =)
Maybe my group was just lucky but these dropped 2 times out of 3 kills in about 15 mins. The guy respawned really frequently but maybe that was just a fluke.
He dropped the boots both times.
...the ladies love the feet.

Plus, since they're only ankleguards, these show off my huge dwarf feet.
