Get the key and you can open the left gate when you first get into the instance. He's very close and can farm him that way, only a few kills to get to him.

Go down the chain from center of BR Mt'n. Fall in lava and kill yourself. When you come back to your body inside the center pillar, under the meeting stone, there will be a ghost. Talk to him while you're still dead to get the quest for the key. Not sure what the quest name is or lvl needed.

It might not be as good, but it's WAY easier to get unless you already have the spare G sitting around.
